Chris Day

Chris Day has practiced law in the East Texas area since 1991.  Upon graduation from Baylor Law School, he served as research attorney for the Hon. Judge Bill Bass, Texas 12th Court of Appeals, from 1991 to 1994.  He then joined the Norman Law Firm, Jacksonville, Texas where he was a partner.  In 2009, Mr. Day with his Baylor Law School classmate, Michael P. Wallace, formed the law firm of Day and Wallace, LLP.

Mr. Day practices in the following areas:  Family; Divorce; Child Custody; Child Support; Criminal; Small Business Law; Estate Planning; Trusts and Estates; Business Litigation; Wills; Probate; Business Formation; Business Law; Collections; Guardianship and Conservatorship; Commercial Real Estate; Civil Litigation; Litigation.
